However, if due to any unforeseen circumstance you are not happy with the services, then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

If the online course you requested from us does not meet your expectations, do write to us and we will happily try to assist you.

• All purchases or payments done by a Buyer on Aaron Thomas Consultancy are deemed to be final and cancellation or refund request by the Buyer will NOT be accepted once the payment is done.
• Also, the course purchased will be non-transferable to another Buyer.
• You, the Buyer are responsible to use the purchased services or products after payment.
